SPECTRUM Full Film VIRTUAL PREMIER this Sunday! Tickets on sale!

You are invited to a virtual circus event on this Sunday April 24th from 5-8pm!

All ticket sales go to support the work of Community EsTr(El/La), a Trans indigenous immigrant led organization that works on a very small budget to provide safe and secure housing, healthcare, employment services, legal advocacy, and many more services for the Trans Latinx monolingual community in the Deep South.

The show is called Spectrum and is a video production of a live show that premiered back in 2019. In SPECTRUM: A Gender Project, MakeShift Circus Collective delved into gender in collaboration with community members occupying diverse gender identities. This exploration produced a circus show followed by facilitated dialogues. The performance season was documented on video and a short film series was created from the material. The film produced allows us to continue to invite our community into spaces for dialogue, transformation, and mobilization against gender based discrimination and violence.

Tickets are 0-$25 and all ticket sales go directly to support organizers working to end gender discrimination and violence in Atlanta especially the work of Community EsTr(El/La).

There are tickets available for Nonbinary and binary Trans folx at no cost in reflection of the economic disparities faced by the Trans Community.
